Born in Bulgaria, I developed a lifelong passion for sports that led me to the University of Texas at Austin, where I play for the Texas Men’s Club Volleyball Team. My experience as both a player and coach has shaped how I approach leadership, communication, and growth on and off the court.
I’ve coached young athletes here in Austin and worked alongside elite coaches, including Olympians, to develop specialized training programs that enhance athletic performance and mental toughness. Volleyball has taught me discipline, teamwork, and resilience — values I aim to instill in every athlete I train.

I believe that great coaching starts with genuine care for the person behind the athlete. My focus is on creating a positive, supportive training environment where players feel valued, respected, and empowered to take ownership of their growth.
When athletes trust their coach and believe in themselves, performance follows naturally. More than wins or statistics, what drives me is seeing athletes develop confidence, resilience, and discipline — skills that extend far beyond the volleyball court and into every part of their lives.
